Muffin Tin Monday - In The Fridge

Tin Times Two

Cantaloupe, grapes & broken glass Jello
Garlic Naan (cubed), hummus & carrot sticks

Since yesterday was a very busy which left no time to make a tin for Muffin Tin Monday we did our tin for lunch this afternoon. So we did what was available in from the fridge. I love doing these b/c you never know what you'll come up with. Today we have a dipper and dessert. Garlic Naan and carrot sticks for dipping into hummus and then cantaloupe, grapes and the broken glass Jello from yesterday for dessert. Quick, simple and was eaten up in a flash.

Stop by the home of Muffin Tin Monday...Muffin Tin Mom for more awesome Monday tins!

"In the Fridge" is my absolute favorite theme. We do it for MTM and for bentos. ;o) It's like bento surprise! (Sort of like my husband's "Ramen Surprise" where he dumps all sorts of junk into ramen noodles.)

I love "What I See" lunches. You had great things in your fridge.

It's the best knid of lunch. Easy to make, and you get combos off all great foods!
