Flirty Aprons Review and Giveaway *CLOSED*

You might have heard me mention in the past that I think I was born in the era. My love for the singer standards of Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday, and the clothing and look of the Leave It To Beaver days. Growing up I always wanted to dress like June Cleaver. I wanted to wear the full dresses with heels and pearls and sport a totally awesome retro apron while I made my family dinner every night. Well I was born in the mid 70's and there for am a product of the 80's leg warmers, big hair, and garage band music. Totally different than what I envisioned when I was much younger.

When I was introduced to Flirty Aprons by various other bloggers I fell in love. The styles reminded me of what June would wear in the kitchen but with modern, gorgeous fabrics. Flirty Aprons are not just for us ladies either. They have a kids line and for the men in our lives as well.

I like the construction of Flirty Aprons. As someone whom does clothing construction I am very critical of other products store bought or online. Nothing upsets me more than spending good money on something that will fall apart in the first wash or finding the stitching is unraveling. On closer examination of my apron I found the stitches to be great and as a whole is well constructed.

Well June Cleaver I am not but would you have guessed me to pick any apron other than this one. I love cherry blossoms and red, black and white is always in fashion. Thanks to my hubby for taking the picture all tho I could have done without the "posing" suggestions (his where x rated). Next time i'll stick to letting C take the pics...lol
