So I decided to try something new. On Thursday I will post a new recipe from Hungry Girl. I get her daily emails and am always so excited to see what recipes or tips she has to share. This Saturday I will be attending an event where she will be (see post here) signing her new book "200 under 200. 200 Recipes under 200 calories". I am so excited to buy her book (and hopefully have it signed) as someone who restricts their cal intake this is perfect for me.
So on to the recipe for the day. Breakfast really is my favorite meal of the day however I rarely have the time. If I am lucky I'll finally get to make something around 1100-1130, and by then it's lunch time anyways. Here is a quick and easy recipe that can be made in a manor of minutes. No more excuses to skip breakfast!
The information/recipe below was taken from Hungry Girl.
"Someday, maybe we'll run out of things to mix into egg substitute and pop in the microwave. Until then, we're gonna keep bringing you super-simple breakfast recipes. Put THAT in a mug and nuke it! | |||||||||||||||||||

She also has recipes for Denver Omelet in a Mug and Veggie Eggs-plosion in a Mug . Click HERE for the site link.
Enjoy!
