Yesterday we woke to a little over 6 inches of pure white power!
It is the first snow of the season so of course the girls were begging us to go out.
We went sledding and joked around.
Hubby had to test out the snow covered trampoline.

Hubby thought it would be fun to dump snow on C.
And in true fashion, she retaliated. Like father, like daughter.
This is a view down our road.
We have a beautiful forest with a babbling stream at the back of our property.
So we decided it was time to go hiking.
Setting my trap for C...
...it worked! Snow everywhere...lol
The girls exhausted after our hike. After they rested we all came inside for some hot cocoa and movie time! Life is pretty sweet.

Thanks for sharing the photos. Looks like you've had an amazing day and the girls seemed to be very happy and enjoying their time. The first snow of the season is always a great chance to go out and make some nice memories. I just wished that your movie time was replaced or followed by reading time. There's nothing more amazing than a family gathering reading a nice book and drinking hot cocoa.
