Doesn't this look amazing! The other day I came across this delicious recipe at Fearless Homemade. It's simple, fresh and the best thing is I can make it anytime by just stepping out to my garden. In my bowl I used Lemon Boy and Big Beefy tomatoes. I also fine diced some fresh garlic....love fresh garlic!

Yummy! Our family loves pasta even more than rice and rice is supposed to be our staple!
