Turkey & Havarti Leftovers

Turkey with melted Havarti and stone ground mustard on toasted French bread
Spinach with walnuts, Pomegranate Craisins and champaign dressing.

My most favorite part of any holiday is the leftovers. Not just because there are so many creation possibilities but also because the flavors are blended and more prominent the day after, yumm!

I love Havarti cheese and champagne dressing is delish. We used to buy the Giraud's brand, I will have to remember to pick some up when at the store next time. It's been awhile since I've had some. I first had it when my friend Arlene made a fabulous salad with baby spinach, mandarin orange slices, candied walnuts, and I think red onion and maybe some feta. Oh so good.
