Smile Brilliant LED Teeth Whitening System Review and Giveaway!

Who doesn't want a Hollywood glam, red carpet smile? I have always been told that I have a nice smile but over the years I have become self-conscious with my smile because my teeth are not as pearly white as they used to be.  A few years back my sister was getting married and I was the maid of honor so of course I wanted to have a bright white smile. For the first time I tried the Zoom process in my dentist's office. That was the worst most painful experience I have ever had (and I have a gastric ulcer that puts me in the hospital on a morphine drip from time to time.)

To keep it short and sweet my teeth became so sensitive that after leaving the office I had awful bolts of ungodly pain throughout my teeth that literally would make me jump out of my skin. I had to dose myself with my ulcer pain meds when I got home just to knock myself out. 24 hours later the pain was gone and I vowed to NEVER do that again!

Did I like the bright white results after the searing pain was gone, absolutely but it wasn't worth the pain. So how could I get the same whitening results without the pain? I tried the at home whitening strips which tasted awful and always slipped off. So what else is out there that has the effect of the dentist office procedure but that I can control at home? Then I found Smile Brilliant!

Smile Brilliant is an at home LED Teeth Whitening system. You control the amount of time and how many times you use the system to get your desired effects. Could it be that simple? Would it really work as well as the $400 procedure I had at my dentist's office? Of course the most important question in my mind...would it cause me pain?

After reading the Smile Brilliant step by step instructions I gave it a go. First I brushed my teeth well to make sure nothing for the morning breakfast remained. Next I twisted the pen several times to bring the gel to the brush tip and applied liberally to all my teeth. It has a very nice minty smell! Once all my teeth were covered I put in the mouth trays, put the LED device in my mouth and turned it on!

CHEESE!

I was pleasantly surprised that I I could actually do this hands free. When I first opened the Smile Brilliant package I thought "oh great, I am going to have to hold this thing in my mouth for at least 20 minutes. I don't have time for this". The device was actually light enough that I was able to walk around, Instragram on my phone and clean up my kitchen hands free!

Now the Smile Brilliant instructions says you can use the light for as little as 20 minutes up to a max of 45 minutes but you can leave the gel and guard in for an additional 1-2 hours (without the light) if you prefer for an additional whitening boost. I used the light for 25 minutes my first round and another 30 minutes a few days later. I did notice a very slight difference in the color of my teeth after the first application and more after the second.

Unfortunately two is all I have been able to do as I have been laid up in bed for the past week. However now that I am getting back on my feet I am excited to use the product again and watch my teeth get closer to the pearly white smile I crave. Oh and the most important factor....did it hurt? NADA! I think because I control the amount of time my teeth are exposed to the LED I decreased the chance of sensitivity.

Would you like a bright white smile at home? Smile Brilliant is offering one lucky winner that opportunity!!

Nothing right now. My teeth are so sensitive that when I use a peroxide product, it feels like they're made of tissue paper. It's like I can feel the air going right through them, they hurt so much!

I would love to try something like this system as I haven't reached the level I'd like to with just toothpaste and strips.

I only use toothpaste now, but I need to use something in addition, because all the coffee I drink has taken a toll on my pearly whites:(
