I was so excited about making this dish, and a little nervous. We had a football dinner party yesterday with my BFF Michelle from Muffin Tin Mom and her family. Originally we were going to BBQ but the weather called for rain so I thought it would be more fun if I cooked for everyone. Never cooking this recipe before I would have been mortified if it did not turn out, but not only did it turn out, but might just be the best dish I have made yet! Needless to say my once skeptical, can't try anything new but I will still be supportive husband is skeptical no more :)
