Ramen, snap peas, hot dogs, heirloom mini tomatoes, baby carrots, mini pickle slices, red grapes, pineapple, star cookies, and apple shaped pb&j sami.
Yesterday was the first "official" day of fall even though to some of us it may not feel like it yet. So using what I have on hand I tried incorporating the fall feeling into the girls lunch yesterday. Yellows, oranges and reds are the colors I love to see when the leaves change and what one normally thinks of. Using my nifty new autumn cutters that my girlfriend Jenn sent me, I made maple leaves out of cheese and little apple pb&J sami's. Unfortunately M does not like tomatoes, so her lunch wasn't as colorful as C's but she does love the Ramen and snap peas so we doubled up on her fav's.
I am always so amazed at how much I can pack into the Easy Lunch Boxes containers...it's a ton of food right? They may look smaller when empty but you can stuff it and the lid still fits..lol
