Rest In Heaven Brittany Murphy
I just read while on my Facebook page that Brittany Murphy died. Normally I do not post about a death of an actor/actresses, frankly usually I do not care, but I have to say I was a little shocked and saddened. I really liked her. Of course I as everyone else first was introduced to her in "Clueless"...blah. She was weird and awkwardly cute. It wasn't until Girl Interrupted that I became an immediate fan. Not like a stalker fan, or sending her letters with a collage of pictures of her pasted on my walls, but a real fan. I looked forward to what see what character she would give us next. Don't Say A Word, 8 Mile, Sin City, Just married...all movies I enjoyed her in. Then Happy Feet came out. She rocked it. I didn't know she could sing and it was great.
Brittany Murphy born November 10th 1977 dies at the young age of 32 on December 20th 2009.
Of course a lot of speculation is already spinning...was it really cardiac arrest? Was it drugs? Anorexia? Who the hell cares I mean really. What would it change in our lives if it was drugs or anorexia? Nada.... nothing would change except we would have more gossip, finger pointing and "how could she" moments to spread. Not now, not at Christmas.
Brittany my heart goes out to your husband and your family/friends left behind. I always thought you were a class act and I am sorry the world will not see what other wonderful things you could have accomplished.
More to come: Three of her movies, including "The Expendables" starring Sylvester Stallone, are in post-production.

I loved her too. She was a great actress!
my jaw dropped when I read about her too! I can't believe it! I absolutely loved Brittany. So far the only celebrity death to actually make an impact on me this year. RIP.
I was so stunned and saddened by this. She was so pretty and had a huge future ahead. In one interview that she gave a while back, she said she wanted to have a baby next year...
She was a great actress. Thanks for sharing her picture because I couldn't figure out who she was at first.
I was shocked when I read this today.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I did not know this actress, but I am sorry she has died. Now I'd like to watch one of her movies to see her. Have a very merry Christmas. Kathi from SITS
Thank you for your WO*IMA visit! :)
Maybe you want to say your WOrds 2.1. - Happy Holidays!
I liked her too! she voiced the character Luann on King of the Hill. She was one of those under-appreciated actresses....so sad!
Thanks for stopping by. I could not believe that she passed. You are right, leave the cause of death to her family, lets just morn the death of a talented young actress who died before her time.

Wow! I hadn't heard this yet! Talented actress...
It was such a shock!
I'm really sad about this - she was so young and so talented.
I was so surprised to hear this...she wasn't that old.

so sad. She really seemed like a genuinely nice person - and you don't see that much in Hollywood!
Wow Im so used to seeing her as a blonde. The pic you have up of her with dark hair is absolutely stunning. Makes me so sad she was only 1 year older than me.
